Yeti SB66 Overhaul

For the first time in 3 months, I overhauled the linkage of my Yeti SB 66 for the rest of year. Last time I did it at the beginning of October.
I disassembled heart of the switch unit then washed the old grease and  refilled fresh one. I have done this work 3 or 4 times since I bought the frame in February.
I found that the grease disappeared by mud or cleaning water. The bearings need to exchange. however, I remove the seal of the bearings and grease them all the time.
Also I checked the bottom bracket then found that it didn't work with rust. I exchanged to Token bottom bracket which I used before.

I used a spray type of grease that is Wako's VG grease last time  but it was easy to come out of the bearings. I use Manitou Prep M grease at this time, which intend to a Manitou suspension fork and the feel touched are sticky.

For disassembling the Switch unit, firstly removing the crank arms, secondly the rear brake caliper and front mec, then the swingarm, finally you can dismantle the Switch unit.

Yeti SB 66 is built with high accuracy and no wear is found on that part.
The swing arm move smoothly and brought back to life after overhauled.
I will dismantle the headset for the next time.
The headset also need to some check the inside grease.
