My Yeti SB66 was overhauled again.

My Yeti SB66 was overhauled again.
The last overhaul was on Dec.22, 2012
http://mtbweekend.blogspot.jp/2012/12/yeti-sb66.html
This time also the linkages were disassembled into pieces.
To maintain the bearings, firstly remove the front derailleur, the brake caliper, the swing arm.
Then remove the seal of the bearings.

Degrease them.

Next, headset. The Headset is Cane Creek 40 using for one year. The condition of the bearings are still good when checked.
The bearings are made of iron, so some grease are put on the surface to prevent rusting.
I used a Park Tool Polylube grease 1000 at this time. It is sold for 634 yen in Chain Reaction Cycles. This grease is low viscosity, so I put into the bearings in the linkages and the bottom bracket, as result roll smooth.
Last time I used Manitou Prep M grease for the bearings but  a little sticky and heavy feeling continued.
Polish the fram in the end. Many small scratches are disappeared with using a compound.

At the heart of the Yeti SB 66: Switch suspension.
