I found many ways of how to do on the internet. One of the ideas is putting a tube and inflating the tire until the tire bead seated then removing the tube. This way remains one side of the tire bead unseated. It is much easier than the both bead to seat at once.
Checking the manual, I poured the correct amount of the sealant into the tire. But it is difficult to inflate with my floor pump. One more good point my friend told me that just using tape to hold a tire bead and a rim temporarily, which helps the tire bead to seat easily. But it didn't work in my case...
Finally I went to a gas station to use a air compressor.
I have used Stan's sealant for more than one month but they are stable and little leak the air and rolling fast.
